Clinical & Support Options (CSO) Crisis
CSO Crisis Programs provide behavioral health assessment, intervention and stabilization for youth, families and adults 24 hours/day, 365 days/year. Individuals may request crisis services on their own or they can be referred by family members, medical providers, schools, state agencies, law enforcement, etc. Crisis services are available to all individuals regardless of insurance or ability to pay.

Trans Lifeline is a grassroots hotline and microgrants 501(c)(3) non-profit organization offering direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis - for the trans community, by the trans community. Trans Lifeline was founded in 2014 as a peer-support crisis hotline. The Hotline was, and still is, the only service in the country in which all operators are transgender. Because of the particularly vulnerable relationship transgender people have with police, it is also the only service in the country with a policy against non-consensual active rescue.
